About the Role

Position Overview: As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans for children with autism. You will work closely with behavior technicians, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective and ethical treatment. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while enjoying opportunities for professional growth within our agency.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

    • At least 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism (preferred).

    • Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and staff.

    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to guide treatment.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
