Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
At least 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism (preferred).
Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and treatment planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and staff.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to guide treatment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
